Job Description
The Client Care Analyst provides technical assistance to our customers' technical support and utilizes complex technologies, requiring deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. You will provide professional business-to-business customer service, aware of the critical nature of these solutions to the customers. Using best practices in troubleshooting, communication, and problem resolution, you will ensure any reported problems, as well as issues you anticipate, are resolved efficiently and effectively.
These interactions must leave customers feeling impressed with the smooth handling of their concerns when they encounter problems with our software. You will work with other colleagues to collaborate on behalf of the customer, accelerate issues toward timely resolution, and provide the customer with timely and complete communication along the way. Client Care is open 24/7, and shifts may vary.
