This role will manage and integrate key tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Confluence etc.) across B2C and B2B sales and marketing programs and manage key sales operations for Skillshare for Teams, optimizing lead tracking, attribution, and campaign performance to grow B2B revenue. This role provides operational support for pricing, quoting, renewals, and contract administration across Marketing and Business Development.
This role will also support (and occasionally lead) launches and tests across experimental marketing channels. The candidate will also lead team-wide operational cadences, including scenario planning, bi-weekly meetings, monthly performance reporting, and experimentation reviews. The candidate will partner with Finance, Data, and Product to ensure data hygiene and systems integrity across our marketing tech stack.
