Senior People Scientist, Insights and Analytics

The People Science team exists to help our business make smarter, more data-driven decisions about our most valuable asset: our people. We serve as objective advisors who translate data into the actionable insights that power talent strategy. As the Sr. People Scientist dedicated to our Product organization, you will be the primary analytical partner and strategic advisor to a dynamic function undergoing rapid growth and transformation. You will move beyond reporting to provide deep, consultative insights that directly influence leadership decisions, optimize organizational health, and ensure the talent strategy enables Product's ambitious goals. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on the effectiveness of our Product teams and the leaders who guide them. You will serve as the single point of contact and trusted advisor, translate complex business problems into focused analytical projects and deliver clear, compelling data stories. You will partner with functional leaders to develop, implement, and drive adoption role-based KPIs and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making.
