Job Description
Key responsibilities:
-Understanding Custom recruitment strategies for quantitative and qualitative studies.
-Coordinating Custom recruitment efforts for up to 25 live projects.
-Using all recruitment platforms and tools to manage market research recruitment.
Project Execution:
-Attending project related meetings with PMs and share notes on agreed plan of action.
-Creating a custom recruiting strategy on projects assigned.
-Communicating recruitment updates, status, and issues to internal project teams.
Continuous Improvement:
-Proactively seeking alternative Custom Recruitment strategies.
-Providing insightful and relevant feedback on projects feasibility.
-Assisting the team in developing custom recruitment strategies to grow membership.
