Job Description
The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in building the team that drives BJAK’s regional and global expansion. This role demands resilience, accountability, and relentless execution. The recruiter will own hiring outcomes end-to-end: daily headhunting, zero-backlog pipelines, high-quality candidate delivery, and strict target achievement. The role involves headhunting 150–200 profiles daily, while clearing all screenings to zero backlog each day. Daily progress updates and meetings with the Malaysia team are required.
