Job Description

Respond to player inquiries via email with timely, professional, and effective resolutions, always upholding standards of game integrity, compliance, and security. Perform detailed customer verifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle complex or escalated issues with professionalism and focus on delivering excellent service. Work closely with internal teams focused on game integrity, compliance, and security to address and resolve customer concerns. Follow established workflows and provide input on improving procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. This role is based in Costa Rica and requires fluent English skills (both written and verbal), and mandatory weekend availability with regular weekend shifts. 3+ years of experience in customer service, ideally within gaming, tech, or online services is required.
