  • Stay current on product developments and releases, providing guidance to partners.
  • Forge trusted advisor relationships at top levels of partner accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Professional development:

  • Provide mentoring and training to peers and colleagues.
  • Contribute to best practices, white papers and workshops.
  • Promote ServiceNow training and sales tools to partner organizations.
