Higharc is seeking a Recruiter to own searches for Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, Implementation, and G&A rolesβfrom kickoff through offers. Key responsibilities include sourcing talent via Ashby (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring teams through decision-making. The recruiter will lead role-intake meetings and weekly syncs, calibrate interview feedback, and advise on compensation benchmarks and market insights. They will also uphold fast response times, clear communication templates, and feedback loops, track funnel metrics, time-to-start, and source effectiveness, and launch quick-strike campaigns to reach diverse, hard-to-find talent pools.
