Job Summary:
- Directs day-to-day operations of Jefferson retirement plans.
- Provides mentoring, coaching, training, and support to the retirement team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages compliance and effectiveness of retirement plans.
- Serves as subject matter expert and resolves escalated benefits issues.
- Collaborates with AVP on retirement strategy to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years in retirement benefits management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with enterprise human capital management systems.
Additional Information:
- Remote position based in Pennsylvania.
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.
