Job Description
This role will manage the full payroll process including receiving, validating, and completing payroll related data activities on behalf of DEEL. The role will also take full ownership of all client communications, ensuring timely responses, follow-through, and resolution of client inquiries.
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely data receipt and delivery, engaging with local in-country payroll providers, and ensuring accurate submission of payroll data. You will also reconcile and validate data, manage inquiries, develop action plans, and participate in process development. A detailed focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness is required, along with adherence to SSAE16 compliance.
