Job Description
Role:
-Receive damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone.
-Independently coordinate necessary measures such as towing services.
-Organize replacement vehicles.
Skills Required:
-Fluency in both German and English and demonstrated communication skills.
-Customer service experience with a passion for providing support and solutions.
-Technical skills with familiarity in MS Office and digital systems.
