Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to help support our team members with IT-related tasks and help ensure the Security of our organization. The IT Team is 100% distributed and remote. This role will report directly to the IT Support Lead. As the “Go-to-Person", you will diagnose and provide IT support for staff, work with HR and Security on onboarding/offboarding, set up laptops/devices/software/hardware, manage MDM, maintain IT asset inventory, secure endpoint devices, train staff, and assist with change management and procurement. The role requires 3+ years of IT support experience, cloud-centric environment & cybersecurity knowledge, on-prem LAN/WAN familiarity, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across the firm. The candidate should be available for on-call rotations and after-hours responses as needed.
