Engineering Manager

The Role:

• As an Engineering Manager, you will own the health, output, and growth of a distributed engineering team.
• You will partner with product management to shape roadmap and balance feature delivery with technical investment.
• You will set quality bars, handle incidents, and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.

Ideal Experience:

• You have 3+ years managing teams of 5+ engineers with a strong technical background in software engineering.
• You are experienced with distributed or remote-first teams and can create clarity in ambiguity.
• Familiarity with Go, Scala, React, AWS, and Kubernetes is useful.
