About the Role:
- You will manage client's legal operations processes and drive strategic improvements.
- You will design and implement new processes and roadmaps for legal department efficiency.
- You will help clients evaluate and implement CLM tools and AI solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee legal operations including contract management, vendor management, and financial management.
- Develop and maintain resource materials on operational processes.
- Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems and templates.
Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience as a legal operations professional.
- Experience with CLM implementation, AI, and legal technology.
- Comfortable with software implementation and system integration.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated total compensation for non-attorney roles: $71,250-309,750 per year.
