Strategic Partnerships Lead

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnerships Lead – LATAM to drive growth through affiliate and partnership channels. This role is ideal for a dealmaker who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven ability to source, close, and manage affiliate relationships across the region. You’ll own the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiating new affiliates to optimizing existing relationships for performance and ROI. Monitor partner performance and optimize for lead volume, ROI, and retention, build long-term relationships with affiliates, and serve as the main point of contact for partners, resolving issues and providing growth recommendations. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership goals with overall company growth.
