As the Senior Retail Field Recruiter, you will influence, consult, and collaborate with Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition leaders. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop actionable strategies and staffing plans, and leverage internal and external resources. You will research and maintain market intelligence data, source and engage talent, and build robust talent pipelines. Deliver a best-in-class hiring experience, leverage data to inform stakeholders, and manage projects as assigned. Requires travel.
