What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and enhancing conversational chat bot solutions using Cognigy and NICE Proactive AI Agent for client projects.
- Working as a member of the project team to enhance and improve software in JavaScript, including coding and testing.
- Performing system analysis, project management duties, and delivering high-quality software on time.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- 3+ years of professional experience building NLP systems including LLM or Generative AI solutions.
- 5+ years of JavaScript experience, with additional experience in Python or Java.
- Hands-on experience with modern chatbot creation, AI Virtual Agents, and products like DialogFlow, Cognigy, or Amazon Lex.
