Job Description
As a Product Support Specialist at Linear, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product by gathering and sharing customer feedback, contributing to our technical documentation, and actively engaging with a technical customer community through various social channels. You will be responsible for supporting customers in their end-to-end journey, which includes onboarding, account setup, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating feature and integration discovery. This involves investigating and resolving inbound customer issues reported through various communication channels, including email, Slack, Twitter, and Reddit.
You will also work closely with our engineering team to document and reproduce bugs, identify trends and insights from customer feedback to inform product decisions, and lead strategic projects to enhance the support experience, internal knowledge sharing, and product operations. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, quality, and Linear’s mission, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills working with a technical or engineering user base.
