As a Solutions Support Engineer, part of a global team, you'll deliver top-notch technical support. Your tasks include meticulous troubleshooting, encompassing debugging practices, delving into networking intricacies, administering systems effectively, meticulously updating documentation, and proactively designing solutions for customers while scaling our user support through coding and scripting. Your responsibilities will include offering exceptional technical customer support for the Wiz product. You will independently manage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical challenges, employing collaboration, industry best practices, and maintaining transparency across teams. Design and implement solutions that scale the support offering through automation. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, holiday, and weekend support coverage.
