Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight of oncology clinical research billing compliance activities.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant billing practices across clinical trials.
- Serve as subject-matter expert for research billing and support standardized processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience including billing compliance.
- Demonstrated experience leading staff or programs with personnel management.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Coverage Analysis and ability to develop quality controls.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Healthcare or bachelor's in finance, business, or science.
- Experience in oncology clinical research in an academic medical center.
- Familiarity with CTMS (OnCore) and Epic research billing protocols.
