Job Description
This role supports the recruiting function through full lifecycle recruiting of administrative positions and Registered Behavior Technician hiring as assigned by the Director of Recruiting. Responsibilities include communicating with team members to remain informed about hiring needs and proactively recruiting qualified candidates using various techniques. Maintaining accurate records via UltiPro ATS, performing phone screens and in-person interviews, and developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs are key aspects of the role. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate offers, guide candidates through onboarding, and participate in team meetings as assigned consistently to meet monthly and quarterly hiring expectations.
