UC Engineering Consultant

The UC Engineering Consultant’s primary role will be to provide architectural and infrastructure support to the management and infrastructure team. Since this role is geared towards a technical individual, the candidate should have experience in Unified Communications. The engineer will be part of our team that owns the design, development, delivery, and experience of Unified Communications System platforms. The position is responsible for the design, selection, implementation, integration, management, user experience and technology retirement. The ideal candidate should possess advanced Unified Communications knowledge and good communication skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with vendors and internal teams on the deployment, optimization, and security of Cisco Unified Communications systems, performing maintenance, and leading the analysis of new technologies.
