Responsibilities:

- Manage all stages of the hiring process within SmartRecruiters ATS.
- Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience of end-to-end recruiting on a global market.
- Solid skills in communicating and consulting senior management directly.
- Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics and improve time-to-hire efficiency.
