Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of OEM programs, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate daily activities with leadership and internal teams to ensure alignment across OEM initiatives.
- Collaborate with external OEM program managers, agencies, and partners to support program execution and ongoing updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, operations, account management, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommendations.
- Bilingual English/French proficiency, both written and verbal, is considered an asset.
