Sr. Analyst, Compensation

Responsibilities:

• Lead large scale market pricing evaluations and salary survey participation for hourly production roles.
• Support annual compensation processes including merit, promotions, and incentives with modeling and scenario analysis.
• Conduct job evaluations for new and existing roles and support salary structure updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; 3-5 years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting automation.
• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and AON/Radford.
