As a Product Support Specialist at Linear, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product. You will be responsible for collecting and relaying customer feedback and insights, assisting with product betas and rollouts, contributing to our technical documentation, and fostering engagement within a technical customer community across various social channels.
Your responsibilities include providing end-to-end customer support, from onboarding to debugging issues and identifying feature and integration opportunities. You will investigate and resolve customer inquiries through communication channels, working closely with our engineering team to document and replicate identified bugs. You will also lead strategic projects aimed at improving the support experience, product operations, and internal processes.
