Client Success Advocate - Relationship Manager II

Responsibilities:

• Focused on client satisfaction, maintaining communication, and overall client relationship management.
• Serves as the primary management contact and client liaison.
• Works to maintain and grow the client relationship while ensuring customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Requires 10+ years of relationship management experience.
• Requires 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
