Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file stop loss claim submissions, assessing eligibility and gathering required documents.
- Build and maintain claimant files for accurate and audit-ready records.
- Track and recover outstanding reimbursements, monitoring requests and following up with carriers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in healthcare or business preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stop loss, claims, or healthcare operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
