Lead, motivate, train, and retain a team of part-time Merchandising Representatives and Surge staff to ensure high performance and engagement. Oversee a retail district comprising approximately 50–60 part-time Merchandisers and up to 60–75 Surge team members, each with varying weekly schedules. Act as the general manager of the district, taking full ownership of business operations and performance.
Manage all aspects of staffing, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Collaborate with designated customer teams and clients to identify and maximize business opportunities. Partner with assigned Account Teams to execute and support their retail priorities effectively.
