District Managers will lead Store Managers of multiple Trek direct owned stores. They will partner with the Store Managers to provide guidance on delivering outstanding hospitality, meeting operating objectives, driving sales and financial goals, and holding them accountable to company policies. The goal is to empower each Store Manager to run a successful business.

The senior merchandise manager will build and run the strategy of two high growth categories using their experience in retail merchandising. The person in this role should be a strong problem solver, data driven decision maker, and able to leverage technology to build and scale the product strategy.
