Provide senior-level support for 24x7 HIE environments, performing root cause analysis and leading remediation through code fixes and architectural improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across interfaces and integrations with minimal participant impact, participating in after-hours support for critical issues.

Software Development & Engineering:

Design, develop, and maintain software components for healthcare data ingestion, transformation, and exchange, producing clean and efficient code.
Enhance existing software to improve performance, resiliency, and scalability, ensuring quality through functional, unit, and performance testing.

Healthcare Interoperability & Integration:

Serve as a technical expert for the Intersystems HealthShare Ecosystem, developing interfaces using standards like HL7 v2, FHIR, and X12.
Advise on integration design best practices and support historical data remediation and continuous data quality improvement initiatives within the HIE.
