Role Overview:
- Lead execution of CalAIM programs (ECM, CS, CHW) across all geographies.
- Ensure workflows are followed and operational KPIs are met.
- Report to the COO and drive cross-functional alignment.
Team Leadership:
- Directly manage CHW Team Managers and Senior Manager of Community Supports.
- Set performance expectations and hold managers accountable.
- Ensure consistent management practices across geographies.
Operational Execution:
- Monitor visit completion, engagement rates, and care delivery activities.
- Identify workflow gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Escalate system-level issues to COO or cross-functional leadership.
