- Serve as the Compensation Partner to deliver strategic compensation support to stakeholders.
- Partner with People Partners and Talent Acquisition for all compensation activities.
- Ensure salary and equity structures remain market competitive and audit for pay gaps.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage benefit programs, partnering with vendors, consultants, and auditors.
- Recommend and implement changes to benefit programs.
- Administer leave programs and oversee all benefits-related reporting.
Job Architecture and Strategy:
- Maintain and apply consistent job architecture throughout the organization.
- Partner with external consultants on executive compensation practices.
- Co-own the implementation of annual compensation and performance cycles.
