About the Role:
- Lead Total Rewards strategy for a fully remote, mission-driven organization.
- Balance strategic architecture with hands-on execution in a values-aligned environment.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate workforce strategy into sustainable programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define compensation philosophy and oversee compensation structures.
- Manage annual compensation cycles and ensure equity across the organization.
- Develop benefits, retirement, and wellbeing programs that are competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards leadership.
- Deep expertise in benefits administration, ERISA, ACA, and multi-state payroll.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with HRIS proficiency.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $125,000 – $140,000.
