About the Role:

  • Lead Total Rewards strategy for a fully remote, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define compensation philosophy and oversee compensation structures.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles and ensure equity across the organization.
  • Develop benefits, retirement, and wellbeing programs that are competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards leadership.
  • Deep expertise in benefits administration, ERISA, ACA, and multi-state payroll.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with HRIS proficiency.
