Senior IT Technician

This role includes Azure AD (Entra ID) Administration: creating and managing user accounts, groups, MFA policies, and managing conditional access rules. Troubleshooting Azure AD, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity (AD Connect) issues is also part of the job. The technician will assist in Office 365 administration, managing Windows, macOS using Microsoft Intune, and handling Windows Updates and endpoint security (Defender ATP). They will provide Level 1/2 support for Azure, Intune-managed devices, and resolve hardware, software, network, and authentication issues.
