The Role:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across complex client programs, driving project delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Lead production across multiple concurrent programs, including large-scale tentpole experiences and scalable, multi-market field marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of production experience in the experiential or event industry.
- Experience leading multi-million-dollar client accounts, ongoing retainers, or similarly complex production portfolios within an agency.
- Proven ability to supervise multiple teams and concurrent high-profile, large-scale productions.
