Job Description:
- Provides senior leadership and oversight for large, complex water/wastewater programs of strategic public value.
- Establishes governance, assurance, and performance frameworks aligned with municipal, state, and federal regulations.
- Directs multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, environmental compliance, and commercial management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental sciences, construction management, or related field required.
- Typically 15+ years of experience delivering large, complex water/wastewater programs.
- PgMP, PMP, or CCM certification preferred; Professional Engineer license desirable.
