Corporate Training Manager – Chronic Migraine

The National Corporate Training Manager (NCTM) is a remote, corporate position based out of the Irvine, CA corporate location, supporting the franchise for an assigned Botox Therapeutic indication. The NCTM is responsible for the design and delivery of training solutions to the sales organization. The NCTM ensures that brand strategy is represented in training programs such as Advanced Sales Trainings, special project execution/implementation, National/Regional Sales Meetings, and Sales Management Team trainings. The NCTM quickly builds relationships with key stakeholders, sales leadership and brand marketers and manages stakeholders at various levels of leadership. The role requires innovation, collaboration, strategy alignment/execution, and application of training fundamentals to enhance performance learning of participants. They design, develop, and deliver compliant, experiential, and didactic learning solutions which inspire confidence, increase effectiveness, and increase the credibility of the participants in alignment with the brand team strategic imperatives.
