Job Description

The Account Executive, SMB, is dedicated to driving sales and expanding the client base within the SMB segment. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of SMBs. Reporting to the Manager of SMB, this is a critical role in acquiring new business and ensuring client satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the Deel'’s growth objectives and commitment to delivering value to its clients. You will represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customers, build relationships, research client requirements, and maintain an accurate pipeline. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential, along with attending industry events and managing B2B clients within DACH.
