Job Description

As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will be part of the team representing the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions (Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety) for selected Pharma and Biotech companies. Your responsibilities include nurturing and expanding relationships within the accounts, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions. You will manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level. You will hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working. You will serve as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them. You will manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate. You will keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges. Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer. You must meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
