Virtual Sales Manager

We are seeking a remote Virtual Sales Manager to join our team in Chile. Responsibilities include cold calling to proactively pursue new prospects, meeting monthly sales performance goals by servicing existing accounts and establishing new ones. You will focus on sales efforts, manage forecasts, resolve customer complaints, and maintain customer relationships. You will also develop relationships with support departments, coordinate sales training, attend vendor training, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements include a minimum of 2-3 years of sales, account management, and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
