Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist with BEP will focus on resolving errors that have caused an interruption in our data feeds. This is a front-facing role where they will be interacting with customers over the phone while working in Salesforce, Excel and our proprietary software to provide the best in customer support. They will follow-up on customer accounts through emails/calls/texts, provide service and support by walking customers through the portal, troubleshoot errors by conducting 2-5 touch points, update and correct account information in Salesforce and resolve and close out support cases.
