Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in enterprise sales and closing complex deals. You’ll not only lead by example—owning and closing high-value opportunities—but also help shape our revenue strategy and outbound motion alongside GTM leadership. Responsibilities include driving pipeline generation and closing enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR), aligning with Marketing and Product on messaging and GTM execution, managing and coaching AEs through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, analyzing sales metrics and deal performance using Salesforce and Gong.io, partnering with Revenue Leadership on strategic growth initiatives, and contributing to building a scalable sales infrastructure.
