Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and communicate the full value of Total Expert’s platform to help customers achieve measurable results and ROI.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships by recommending tailored workflows, best practices, and guidance.
- Lead contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively monitor customer sentiment to drive retention and reduce risk.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology organization, with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-divisional accounts and build strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
Work Arrangement and Additional Details:
- This position is remote for candidates residing outside of Minnesota, and hybrid (three on-site days per week) for those based in Minnesota.
- The role requires 15-25% travel for customer on-site visits and industry events.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., as visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
