Job Description
As the Second Line Technical Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales process of driving revenue growth, ARR maximization, customer satisfaction, and the product feedback loop. You will lead a team of skilled Technical Sales Consultants (TSC) and Sales Engineers (SE), providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, coaching, and skill development.
Translates complex technical solutions into compelling business value propositions. Creates world class and consistent demos to complement the customer narrative tied to ROI. The role involves working closely with various teams to optimize implementation, sales enablement, and product development. Accountable for building and scaling the Technical Pre-Sales Organization to industry ratios to increase seller capacity. Focus on fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Provides strategic input on product development and enhancements based on market feedback and customer needs.
