Technology Leadership:

• Accountable for performance and outcome of multiple managers and their teams.
• Oversee delivery of technology solutions within assigned portfolio.
• Maintain alignment with business unit stakeholders and govern technology direction.

Technical Execution:

• Ensure effective delivery and support of all applications/technologies developed in-house or acquired.
• Ensure adherence to technical and application development practices defined for IT organization.
• Establish strong management practices for system availability, performance, security, and lifecycle management.

Vendor Management:

• Manage third-party resources including vendor selection and performance oversight.
• Ensure adherence to TDS standards, specifications, and deliverables.

Demonstration of Business Value:

• Align technology capabilities and initiatives with business priorities to deliver measurable value.
• Oversee identification, prioritization, and delivery of solutions supporting business outcomes.
• Ensure visibility and escalation of risks that may compromise projects or threaten business value.
