Responsibilities:
- Evaluate incoming AI use cases and assist teams in selecting appropriate LLM models.
- Balance technical quality, security, compliance, availability, and cost considerations.
- Develop monitoring, logging, security, and governance operational controls.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in platform/cloud operations, software engineering, technical product management, or IT service management.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, APIs, authentication, observability, and production service operations.
- Fluent English (C1) and German (B2) language skills.
