Job Description
The Paralegal II - Physician Services Administration works with the Physician Services Legal Department, its General Counsel, Associate General Counsels, and other department paralegals concerning Physician/Physician Group contract drafting and negotiation, corporate healthcare compliance matters, contract repository management, and all tasks associated therewith.
This position can offer a fully remote option.
Responsibilities include assisting with the timely drafting, review, revision, and negotiation of physician/physician group agreements. The role involves managing and tracking assignments via digital tools, collaborating with Physician Enterprise/Key Stakeholders, and utilizing various software tools. The candidate will also assist in the administration of Agiloft, HMH`s Contract Lifecycle Management Software, and work with teams to identify and address process improvement opportunities. Administrative support to attorneys is also a key component.
