Job Responsibilities:

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health information management, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare reimbursement, with 5+ years in clinical denials or inpatient claims.
Special Considerations:
- Maintain knowledge of DRG coding, clinical documentation, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels with strong communication and people skills.
