Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to fuel the expansion of a rapidly growing franchise brand across the U.S. In this high-impact, full-cycle sales role, you’ll manage your own pipeline, close strategic deals, and help shape our go-to-market strategy. This is your chance to be part of a mission-driven team that’s helping entrepreneurs launch businesses and change lives. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle—from first touch to signed agreement, qualifying inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities. Also, running discovery calls and deliver compelling, personalized pitches; close mid- to high-ticket deals with confidence and care. Furthermore, guiding prospective franchisees through key business decisions, maintaining a clean, organized pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM), sharing feedback and market insights to refine our sales approach and partnering with leadership on messaging, strategy, and positioning to mentor junior reps and help foster a strong, collaborative sales culture.
